Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 28, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of nashvillemovingmusiccity.com and any estimate request submitted to Nashville Moving Music City. Please read them before using the website or requesting service.
Use of This Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and to provide accurate information in any form you submit. Website content, including text, images, and branding, is owned by us and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on the details you provide, including inventory, property size, access conditions, distance, dates, and requested services. An online or phone estimate is not a final contract.
Pricing may change if the actual move differs from the information provided — for example, additional items, extra stairs or walking distance, elevator or parking restrictions, specialty items disclosed on moving day, or schedule changes. Final terms are set out in the moving documents you sign before service begins.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Move dates and arrival windows are confirmed in advance and may be affected by weather, traffic, building access rules, or events outside our control. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can release crew and equipment.
Customer Responsibilities
- Disclose specialty items such as pianos, safes, fine art, antiques, oversized furniture, and appliances in advance.
- Confirm building rules, elevator reservations, loading zones, parking, and certificate-of-insurance requirements.
- Remove or personally transport cash, jewelry, medication, critical documents, firearms, and irreplaceable items.
- Ensure that hazardous, flammable, perishable, or illegal items are not included in the shipment.
- Provide safe, legal access to both the origin and destination.
Items We Cannot Move
For safety and legal reasons we do not transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, explosives, corrosives, illegal substances, or live animals. Perishable goods and plants may be declined depending on distance and conditions.
Claims and Liability
Valuation coverage options, claim procedures, and liability limits are described in the moving documents provided before your move. Report any loss or damage promptly and in writing so the claim can be reviewed. We are not responsible for items packed by the customer where no external damage to the carton is visible, or for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural weakness, or improper prior assembly.
Payment
Accepted payment methods and timing are confirmed before moving day. Additional services requested during the move are billed according to the agreed rates.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
